Fully Oaked Vineyards is a fictional vineyard created for my senior design thesis. Fully Oaked, based in Sonoma, California, specializes in wines that are good for the environment and good for the soul. Focus is on relationships, particularly the relationship between a wine connoisseur and a favorite wine. Fully Oaked is sold directly from the vineyard to consumers and is not available on most store shelves.
